Alicia and Michael's Wedding

Here is a sneak peak at Alicia and Michael's wedding. They had awesome weather and overall just a spectacular wedding at the AquaTurf.





Tom had a lot of time with Michael and the groomsmen, which was quite nice. I usually have time with the ladies, but it is a treat that he got a bunch of images of the men being men before the wedding...



I just LOVE this couch! We have photos of Alicia alone and Michael looking at Alicia on this couch -- ooh! aahh!



We are now carrying thses great little 3x3 accordion albums. There are 10 photos in the accordion album with a magnetic closure. They make great gifts and people love to carry them around with them!

Amanda

Meet Amanda -- a budding photographer! Amanda saw our display and called us up and will be working with us on some of our weddings and portrait shoots. She came to a recent wedding at the Aquaturf and helped Tom while he photographed the groomsmen before the wedding and the bride and groom after the wedding. She was a big help so it was a win-win for both sides!

I love the juxtaposition of these two center images -- she looks intense on the left one and so happy and fun on the right on. I think that we captured many aspects of her personality.

Anne Marie

We photographed Anne Marie's wonderful kids this weekend, wait 'til you see them -- they are great! We had so much fun with them in the studio! Luke was a doll, doing pretty much everything his big sister did!

But at one point I had both kids in the second camera room with the Westcot constant lights and Tom managed to squeak in a half dozen images of Mom alone.

CPID Individual Portrait Competition Awards

Tom and I both received awards for our photographs in the Photographic Society of America
CPID Individual Portrait Competition. Tom received an honorable mention for his photograph entitled "Karate Kids" and I received Best Portrait of a Child for "Pretty with Pink Flower"

Tom wins Best of Show at the Milford Fine Arts Photo Expo!

Tom's photograph "Resting with Whip" won BEST OF SHOW at the Milford Fine Arts Photo Expo!




My photograph of three sunflowers won first place in the canvas category, and my hummingbird eating from a pink dahlia won second place in the nature category.

Breanna, Kismet and Louis

Tom T

Tom and I had so much fun photographing Tom. He was in our studio (and the hall and the stairs) for hours. We tried different outfits, different lighting, different backgrounds, etc. Boy did we have fun!

High Key Fashion

I am not one to usually take photos with someone's eyes closed but her face and its symmetry and her eye lashes just compelled me to take this one. I made 14 different versions of it I liked it so much. Here is the original and three artistic renditions. I will be posting more of her soon...with her eyes open of course, LOL...

Reception Signature Book

Here is a great idea for Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, Parties, etc. A Signature Book. This book was great for Malek and Shakira because they had soooo many awesome engagement photographs! But also they had a lot of friends and family celebrating their union with them so this book allowed them to capture more.
