Rascal Paws 'N Effect 10-26-08

Last week we photographed dogs at Paws 'N Effect for a Special Holiday Pet Portrait Session.

We will be showcasing four wonderful dogs from our Pet Photo session on October 26th. People ordered enlargements, wallet photos, Holiday cards, Canvas, etc. If you missed us for Holiday photos this year then join us next next year, but I am sure that we will also have some regular portrait sessions at Paws 'N Effect between now and then.

Meet Rascal, a very handsome Black Lab Mix. Rascal posed and posed! He is one of those dogs that just sat there alert and followed his owner's everywhere that she went. You could tell that they have a special kind of bond. For more of Rascal visit our website...

Fiona is a Great Dane St. Bernard mix -- and I thought that it was so cool that she has a star on her chest. I have seen intersting designs on dogs and cats before but never a STAR!

Meet Ginger

This is Rocky, a Shihzu mix -- can you believe that he is 18 years old???

Nelson was just groomed so he was a little anxious, but we still managed to get some good photos...

This is Jimmy, a coonehound. His owner is a dog trainer. This dog was so expressive and his eyes followed Bob, his owner, everyhwere he went.

This is Simon, a shelty. Tom's parents had a Shelty. Just look at the face!

This is Ellis, an English Bull Terrier.

The owner's really liked this profile of Ellis, as he is on point as he would be when shown.

Responsible Dog Ownership Day

Activities included: Canine Agility, Doggie Line Dancing, Dogs with Jobs, Kid Safety
Canine First Aid, Grooming Tips, a Microchip Clinic, the Canine Good Citizen test and Tom & I -- the Pet Photographers!

We photographed some really cute and handsome dogs today. We will post their photos soon. We did have some unexpected help today. Karen's niece and nephew helped us get the dogs into position and helped to get their attention for us!













Meet Bloke, a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix





Now meet Bloke's family -- Eric, Julia and Peter. They are going to come back on October 26th when we are set up to take Holiday photos at Paws N Effect.





We will at Paws N Effect all day on Sunday Oct. 26th, call 281-7150 for your session. We will have a traditional backdrop as well as a holiday backdrop plus Kathy said that they might have a holiday prop or two in addition. Come get your beloved pet in a photo for a wall portraits and/or holiday cards.
