Tom T

Tom and I had so much fun photographing Tom. He was in our studio (and the hall and the stairs) for hours. We tried different outfits, different lighting, different backgrounds, etc. Boy did we have fun!

I used a new program to create this composite. I love the way that it allows you to create different collages. Way to go Moirai!

High Key Fashion

I am not one to usually take photos with someone's eyes closed but her face and its symmetry and her eye lashes just compelled me to take this one. I made 14 different versions of it I liked it so much. Here is the original and three artistic renditions. I will be posting more of her soon...with her eyes open of course, LOL...

Reception Signature Book

Here is a great idea for Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, Parties, etc. A Signature Book. This book was great for Malek and Shakira because they had soooo many awesome engagement photographs! But also they had a lot of friends and family celebrating their union with them so this book allowed them to capture more.

Foran Girls Basketball

Breanna is on the JV girls basketball team at Foran High so of course Tom has been going to the games and he often brings his camera.

Brian's photos

We had Brian in our Studio for a Modeling Portfolio Builder. Tom had a lot of fun photographing him. He brought a few change of clothes and we were able to get a variety of different images. You can see more of his images on our website: http://tlc.smugmug.com/Portraits/Brian/

I love the intensity of this one!





I like all three shirts, but the green shirt really brought out the color of his eyes!



We have headshots, head and shoulders, 3/4 and full length. Isn't his peacoat great? That was his idea at the very end and I am so glad that he suggested it!



You know how much I love Black and White for capturing people...

And here I tried something new. A Kevin Kubota intensity effect. The detail in this image are awesome.

Leilani at 10 months old

We have been photographing Leilani since she was in her mother's belly.
She will be turning one in February. Her parents were up here for the Holidays so they brought her in to the Studio for some portraits. she was full of energy, walking and exploring all over the place. I just love this series of her clapping!



We used a new background and it was just perfect for her pink and purple outfits!

We did some "mommy and me" photo too -- this little one has an awesome giggle :-)

I love creating a series like this -- the many expression of Leilani...

We cannot wait to have her back in the Studio -- around her birthday we have scheduled a birthday cake session, just her in her diaper and a cake with icing -- just has to be a fun session!

Julia sneak peak

Happy New Year!!

Julia came to the Studio with her baby to be photographed. When she got to the studio the baby was sleeping so we took advantage of the situation and Julia got some much wanted portraits of herself.

The sweater was a Christmas gift from here mom and is one of those great off the shoulder cowl necks and the pink color was just PERFECT with the background that I had picked.
